HOW TO MAKE A RETURN EFFECTIVE?
The steps you must follow to make a return effective are detailed below:
In the case of merchandise with defect or damage, the physical change of the product will be applied, only if it is reported in the first 30 calendar days after you have received your order.
Generate your report by sending an email to info @ folieprofesional.com, where you describe the reason for the return / exchange, including the data of your Purchase Order and the data of the product to be returned in the same way, it is very important and necessary in cases of manufacturing defect, attach a photograph showing the detail.
Your application will be reviewed, and if approved, an email will be sent to you indicating the process to follow step by step, as well as an electronic guide with the shipping data. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the email you will receive.
Upon receiving the electronic guide, you must print it, and deliver the specified product to DHL offices. IMPORTANT: If your order was greater than $ 700.00 pesos, when taking the package to DHL, you should not make additional payment, since the guide you deliver is paid.
Once you have sent the package, we ask that you please confirm via email to info@folieprofesional.com, that it has already been delivered and we will be aware of the arrival of the merchandise. As soon as we receive the package with the return product, we will contact you shortly to notify the delivery of your new product.
The first exchange / return that is made for your purchase, will not generate shipping costs for you, as long as it is indicated in this way in the mail that is sent to you, and the report is prepared in a maximum period of 15 calendar days for changes and 30 days for quality issues in the product. In subsequent change requests, derived from the same order, you must cover the shipping costs.
a) If the 15 calendar days have elapsed, your request will be reviewed, and if accepted, without exception, the cost of the return and replacement parcel will be transferred to you.
b) If 30 calendar days have elapsed derived from a case of quality in the product, your request will be reviewed and if it is accepted, you will be charged the cost of the return and replacement package.
If the total of your accumulated order is higher than $ 700.00 pesos, it is possible to make a change with a free guide; If your order is less than the amount indicated, you will have to cover the expenses corresponding to the transport (return and replacement).
IMPORTANT: In case of receiving your wrong order or with a factory defect, it will be changed at no cost to you. And the discount will be respected on the established or published dates.
